Despite her busy weekday schedule as a migrant domestic worker, Mary dedicates her precious free time on Sundays to empower her fellow migrant community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the past year, alongside her involvement in STOP\u2019s Programme, Mary referred four cases to STOP and has worked closely alongside the team in providing casework support. Among these cases, three involved agency overcharging, while one related to labour exploitation. Mary connected with these individuals through social media and guided them to seek assistance from STOP. She also accompanied them to the STOP office to meet with the caseworker, providing them support as they filled out forms, and assisting them in organizing the chronological events related to their cases together. Her dedication and determination instiled hope in these clients, assuring them that it was possible to seek compensation and justice. In the end, all cases were successfully settled through the consulate and the Labour Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8220;I feel accomplished that the knowledge I was equipped with from the workshops could be applied in serving the community. I appreciate the trust and recognition placed in me by the STOP team, which further fuels my motivation to empower fellow migrant workers in the communities.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/preview-php85.dzine.org\/BOH\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/P1166053-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2065\" style=\"width:431px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/preview-php85.dzine.org\/BOH\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/P1166053-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/preview-php85.dzine.org\/BOH\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/P1166053-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/preview-php85.dzine.org\/BOH\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/P1166053-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/preview-php85.dzine.org\/BOH\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/P1166053-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/preview-php85.dzine.org\/BOH\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/P1166053-2048x1536.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u81ea2021\u5e74\u8d77\uff0cMary\u6210\u70ba\u4e86STOP\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u793e\u5340\u6210\u54e1\u9818\u8896\u548c\u5468\u65e5\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u3002 \u4f5c\u70ba\u4e00\u540d\u5916\u7c4d\u5bb6\u52d9\u5de5\uff0c\u5118\u7ba1\u5e73\u65e5\u5de5\u4f5c\u7e41\u5fd9\uff0cMary\u4ecd\u6703\u62bd\u51fa\u5bf6\u8cb4\u7684\u5468\u65e5\u6642\u9593\u4f86\u5e6b\u52a9\u5979\u7684\u5916\u7c4d\u5bb6\u52d9\u5de5\u793e\u7fa4\uff0c\u4fdd\u969c\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u6b0a\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u904e\u53bb\u7684\u4e00\u5e74\u88e1\uff0cMary\u5728\u53c3\u8207 STOP\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u4e5f\u5411 STOP\u5718\u968a\u8f49\u4ecb\u4e86\u56db\u5b97\u500b\u6848\u3002\u4e26\u8207\u5718\u968a\u5bc6\u5207\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u500b\u6848\u5de5\u4f5c\u652f\u63f4\u3002\u5728\u9019\u4e9b\u6848\u4f8b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709\u4e09\u5b97\u6d89\u53ca\u4e2d\u4ecb\u6a5f\u69cb\u904e\u5ea6\u6536\u8cbb\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u5b97\u6d89\u53ca\u52de\u5de5\u525d\u524a\u3002Mary\u900f\u904e\u793e\u4ea4\u5a92\u9ad4\u8207\u9019\u4e9b\u500b\u6848\u4e8b\u4e3b\u806f\u7e6b\uff0c\u4e26\u5f15\u5c0e\u4ed6\u5011\u5c0b\u6c42 STOP\u5718\u968a\u7684\u5e6b\u52a9\u3002\u5979\u9084\u966a\u540c\u4ed6\u5011\u524d\u5f80 STOP\u5718\u968a\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u8207\u500b\u6848\u5de5\u4f5c\u54e1\u6703\u9762\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u4ed6\u5011\u586b\u5beb\u8868\u683c\uff0c\u4e26\u5354\u52a9\u4ed6\u5011\u5c07\u6848\u4ef6\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u4e8b\u4ef6\u6309\u6642\u5e8f\u6574\u7406\u3002\u5979\u7684\u5949\u737b\u7cbe\u795e\u548c\u6c7a\u5fc3\u70ba\u9019\u4e9b\u5016\u5b58\u8005\u5e36\u4f86\u4e86\u5e0c\u671b\uff0c\u8b93\u4ed6\u5011\u76f8\u4fe1\u5c0b\u6c42\u8ce0\u511f\u548c\u4f38\u5f35\u516c\u7fa9\u662f\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u3002 \u6700\u7d42\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u6848\u4ef6\u5747\u900f\u904e\u9818\u4e8b\u9928\u548c\u52de\u5de5\u8655\u6210\u529f\u88ab\u89e3\u6c7a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mary\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u611f\u5230\u975e\u5e38\u6eff\u8db3\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u80fd\u5c07\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\u4e2d\u6240\u5b78\u5230\u7684\u77e5\u8b58\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u670d\u52d9\u793e\u5340\u3002\u6211\u611f\u8b1dSTOP\u5718\u968a\u5c0d\u6211\u7684\u4fe1\u4efb\u548c\u8a8d\u53ef\uff0c\u9019\u66f4\u52a0\u6fc0\u52f5\u4e86\u6211\u70ba\u793e\u5340\u4e2d\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u5916\u7c4d\u5bb6\u52d9\u5de5\u63d0\u4f9b\u5e6b\u52a9\u3002\u300d<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mary is a committed outreach volunteer and Sunday workshop participant of STOP since 2021.
