According to International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10), \u201dAphasia is a combination of a speech and language disorder caused by damage to the brain that affects about one million individuals within the US. Most often caused by a cerebral vascular accident, which is also known as a stroke, aphasia can cause impairments in speech and language modalities. To be diagnosed with aphasia, a person’s speech or language must be significantly impaired in one (or several) of the four communication modalities following acquired brain injury or have significant decline over a short time period (progressive aphasia). The four communication modalities are auditory comprehension, verbal expression, reading and writing, and functional communication.\u201d ICD-10-CM Code R47.01<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u5931\u8a9e\u75c7\u662f\u5f8c\u5929\u7684\u6e9d\u901a\u969c\u7919\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u90e8\u4efd\u6216\u5168\u90e8\u8a9e\u8a00\u80fd\u529b\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u969c\u7919\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u53e3\u8a9e\u8868\u9054\u3001\u53e3\u8a9e\u7406\u89e3\u3001\u95b1\u8b80\u3001\u66f8\u5beb\uff09\u3002\u5931\u8a9e\u75c7\u7531\u5927\u8166\u8a9e\u8a00\u5340\u53d7\u640d\u6240\u9020\u6210\u3002\u9020\u6210\u5931\u8a9e\u75c7\u7684\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u539f\u56e0\u5c31\u662f\u4e2d\u98a8\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u539f\u56e0\u9084\u5305\u62ec\u982d\u90e8\u5916\u50b7\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u8eca\u798d\u3001\u649e\u64ca\uff09\u3001\u8166\u816b\u7624\u6216\u611f\u67d3\u3002<\/p>

\u5931\u8a9e\u75c7\u53ef\u80fd\u5f71\u97ff\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u55ae\u4e00\u6216\u591a\u7a2e\u8a9e\u8a00\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u53ca\u56b4\u91cd\u7a0b\u5ea6\u56e0\u4eba\u800c\u7570\u3002\u6700\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u5931\u8a9e\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u56e0\u5e7e\u4e4e\u5168\u90e8\u8a9e\u8a00\u80fd\u529b\u90fd\u53d7\u640d\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5e7e\u4e4e\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u8207\u4eba\u6e9d\u901a\uff1b\u8f15\u5ea6\u7684\u5931\u8a9e\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u5c31\u4ecd\u6709\u4e00\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u6e9d\u901a\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u8ab0\u662f\u5931\u8a9e\u75c7\u60a3\u8005?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Most people with aphasia has difficulty in speaking, expressing themselves in form of speech. Some of them are able to express through other means like drawings, writings, electronic devices etc.<\/p>

A minority group of people with Aphasia has difficulty in understanding. They seems to talk a lot yet not in logical order. They could response in conversation yet unable to understand what the message that has just conveyed.<\/p>

Whereas many adults with aphasia know exactly what is going on, have opinions on issues, have the desire to socialize, and are capable of participating in decisions that pertain to<\/p>

them. But the diseases affects a person\u2019s ability to communicate feelings, thoughts and emotions, or the ability to understand what others say.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u5927\u591a\u6578\u5931\u8a9e\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u96e3\u4ee5\u8aaa\u8a71\uff0c\u7121\u6cd5\u901a\u904e\u8a00\u8a9e\u8868\u9054\u81ea\u5df1\u3002 \u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e9b\u80fd\u5920\u901a\u904e\u5176\u4ed6\u65b9\u5f0f\u8868\u9054\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5716\u7d19\uff0c\u6587\u5b57\uff0c\u96fb\u5b50\u8a2d\u5099\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5c11\u6578\u60a3\u6709\u5931\u8a9e\u75c7\u7684\u4eba\u5f88\u96e3\u7406\u89e3\u3002 \u4ed6\u5011\u4f3c\u4e4e\u5728\u8aaa\u5f88\u591a\u8a71\uff0c\u4f46\u9806\u5e8f\u4e0d\u5408\u908f\u8f2f\u3002 \u4ed6\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u5c0d\u8a71\u4e2d\u505a\u51fa\u56de\u61c9\uff0c\u4f46\u7121\u6cd5\u7406\u89e3\u525b\u525b\u50b3\u9054\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u8a31\u591a\u5931\u8a9e\u75c7\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u78ba\u5207\u5730\u77e5\u9053\u767c\u751f\u4e86\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff0c\u5c0d\u554f\u984c\u6709\u610f\u898b\uff0c\u6e34\u671b\u793e\u4ea4\uff0c\u4e26\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u53c3\u8207\u6c7a\u5b9a\u3002 \u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u75be\u75c5\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u500b\u4eba\u4ea4\u6d41\uff0c\u601d\u60f3\u548c\u60c5\u611f\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u7406\u89e3\u4ed6\u4eba\u8aaa\u8a71\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n
